Museum Policy and Stipulations:
1. The cost includes a full subscription to all workshops in each series.  It is not possible to pay for a single workshop in these series.
2. It is our intent to limit participation to 26 students on a first come-first served  basis, with full payment made by check to the Goudreau Museum of Mathematics. Confirmation will be made by Labor Day for September programs; mid-October for the Part II series. Once the commitment has been made to run these workshops, there will be NO REFUND for the series. No refunds will be made for a single session if a student cannot attend because of illness or other obligations. The Museum reserves the right to cancel the workshop series and return all checks if fewer than twelve students apply.
3. There will be a $20 fee imposed for any check issued with insufficient funds.
4. Transportation to and from the workshops is the responsibility of the parents.
5. Parents are not permitted to attend sessions because of room size. Local area maps will be provided for parents, indicating places to get food, visit a library or shop. Complete program details and a map to the Math Museum will be sent with a written confirmation.
